the wexford forum isnt been displayed in the thing across the top, under region> south east, it should be there but only kilkenny and waterford are showing up

Oh, that's the load-balanced servers in action. Obviously one or more of them has yet to be updated with the new menu since the creation of the Wexford forum. If you refresh the page, it should reappear (you may need to refresh a few times).
