Dropdown Menus?

Hey, everytime I scroll down a page on boards and go back to the top, my drop-down menu's are alligned on the left instead of the centre as usual. I was wondering was this a problem with my browser (opera 9.2 - its great by the way!) or are other people experiencing it aswell on firefox or ie?
