Anyone recommend online poker for practice purposes only?

Hey guys
I'm a beginner poker player and i'm finding it hard to get games with my mates so i'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a website where you can play for fun/practice without downloading...

Most of my google searches just bring up poker rooms where you have to download/install and pay to play.

I've been using yahoo but its hard to play there due to maximum bets etc...

www.pokerroom.com run with java i think so you dont have to download it and they have play money too.

You are aware you can download the software and stilll pay nothing and just play at the play money tables.

Gamespy - Download the client and can find 'play money' games...Not brilliant for practice at times because people with chips will call pretty much everything! But if you go bust, you get the starting fund back again...

I know that but I mostly use college computers & my house mates so i cant/dont want to download.
