irish servers

hey guys

are there any irish servers that have a good few players usually on line for battlefield 2.

dont mind payin for a good wan but fre ones would be better

all help mucho appreciated

Heres the tig server.. I havnt been on in ages as ive not got a good pc.. but im in the clan and its got a good bunch of lads who play most nights

theres a sticky with most of the servers on it though not sure how recently its been updated.

There are only 4 "Irish" BF2 servers at the moment. 3 are running Vanilla BF2 and one is running EOD2. I think our Inf server is the only one ranked at the moment, as I've seen some discussion that the Eurogamer one isnt really ranked at all, but I may be wrong.

Well our server isent actually Irish as its in London. Owned by an Irish clan yes but not in ireland. We thought about getting an Irish one but there is just not enough Irish BF players to keep it busy enough.

I brought this up before..that it says Ranked in the name, and even in the server variable....but trust me ...Its NOT ranked :eek: :eek:

Played on there for a week, then realised i hadnt gained any points...same thing happened for my friend who i was online with.

Then i made a new character as i do for a laugh...was playin on there for a good few hours. Suffice to say , he i still on 0 points :eek: (and its not cause i got 0 every round )

Still a good server though, but no admins, so tends to be a lot of baseraping by some regulars

This server always is full, which is strange for a server that isnt ranked. Will try and get on it tonight and see what the story is.

Yeh...kick in the teeth man

Youll find some baserapers on it ..which is a bit of a turnoff...aside from that its ok :rolleyes:

And strangely..its always full of ppl under 8,000 points..master sergeant or whatever. You never see any Generals or anythin..so its good if you wanna praccy

Generals are nothing special most of the time, easy knife kill or shock paddle isn't too hard

well this probably just means they dont play on ranked servers that much - not that they're particularly bad players. But then rank isn't a sign of being good, just of having put in a lot of hours.
