I ordered a picture from allposters.com and obviously it came rolled up in a cardboard tube. I wonder if anybody has any tips on how to flatten it out so when I eventually get it mounted and framed, it won't look too bad. Or will mounting keep it tacked down?

If you are getting it framed professionally, leave it as it is and they will glue it to a card surface, then they will add the mount and frame. Don't meddle with the poster as it will become marked/creased pretty easily..
