Sky Over charging?

    I;m just wondering can someone advise me on an issue im having with sky digital they sent me a letter telling me my direct debit had failed even tho they took they money. so i gave them a mastercard payment, they today they have dont another direct debit so i have paided 70.50 so in total for the month of march i have paid 211.50. can anyone advise me what i can do about this?

    I would suggest you take it up with your bank as if a direct debit hasn't been paid you are entitled to know why and if it has been payed or over payed you are entitled to a full rebate within 3 days as far as I know, ask the bank for a copy of the payments and ask sky for an address to fax them to prove you have payed.

    thanks for ur reply. i rang the bak, they told me to ring sky, and sky told me that its policy not to refund money, but they will credit my account for the ammount. personally i dont think this policy is fair and is unjust. anyone got any suggestions?

    They lied to you. I was refunded money before Christmas. They sent a cheque out in the post. Took a long time to get it too.
