Tricky one to call this. England have not been playing well. They have yet to beat a test status team where was the Tigers have beaten both India and South Africa.

Still, I fancy England to win this one.

    Thoughts?

    Updates here later

For Bangladesh to win they'll need another low, slow track. But if its fast and bouncy I can only see one winner.

bit of a toughy this one for england,i expect a few scares but nothing other than a england win will do

I can see England either completely imploding or beating the bangles out of sight. Hopefully the latter but neither would surprise me. If it's a close game I think England could well bottle it, especially if they end up chasing.

Eng win toss and bowl. Pitch looks to have good bounce.

    Ban 8-0 after 1

    Bouncy 9/1

Odd wicket there. Vaughan drops a dolly and then throws the ball back to the keeper in anger without even realising there was a run out on. Batsman stopped half way down the track expecting it to be out cos it was such an easy chance. Pretty poor cricket all round. 23/2

More poor fielding. Edge behind which Nixon parries in the air only for it to fall into Strauss's hands. 26/3

47/5 now. Ashraful gone. This could be an embarrassingly low score. I was hoping to see Bangladesh do alot better than this.

100 up, but 6 down for bangladesh. They'll need to at least double that to give themselves any chance.

137/9 at 36.4. hasan still in for 55 off 93

Right then. England's target is 144. Shouldn't be too difficult

I wonder what happened to the team that beat SA the other day.

I suppose that this pitch today was the deciding factor.

Game over. 143 all out. Walk in the park for Eng. Disappointing effort from bangladesh, were bounced out but played some poor shots.

England slightly struggling at 84/5 and KP already out

Unconvincing performance to say the least.

A 4 from Nixon ends it.

Cant believe it took England 44.5ovs and 6 wickets to chase down a target of 144 against Bangladesh.

Yeah well I suppose at least they won in the end. They might have blown it at 110-6 but that partnership saw them home after the other batsmen had arsed around. They couldnt have hoped for a better track against bangladesh. Plenty of pace and bounce while offering little spin.
