New Movie format PIN problems with Sky

    Is anyone else having problems with Sky Movies now that they are in the new format , some stations ask for pins , this has been normal for a while however now , when I input my pin , it takes it and displays the channel with the blurb at the bottom and says press select , when I press select it goes back to the pin etc etc , I cannot watch any pin protected channels as a result .

    Its not the phone line , thats plugged in and working !! Anyone else seeing this , any ideas ?

    Wrong pin? Call sky to reset it.

    The PIN is fine , thats not the issue , the issue is that once you type in the PIN it just continually brings up the PIN request screen ,
    Tried typing in the wrong pin to check , it gives a message saying wrong pin , when I type in the correct one , the pin request screen just keeps coming up continually.

    Check the parental settings that you have not disabled +18 or +115 entirely!

    Thanks Watty that was it , must have defaulted with the SW update or something cos I didnt set it and the Missus hasnt got a breeze , every box office channel was PIN protected after 8 and a spending limit of €5 was set for everything , meaning I couldnt buy a thing !!
