    I'm intrigued.....
    he's the real deal!

comes from a jeet kune do (jkd) root and has trained many of the top people around today.

what exactly do you want to know about him?

well I'm just wondering if all the hype on this site about his video is true and if it would really be worth getting - $97 would be a lot to spend on something that didn't do what it said on the tin!

it would depend on what you want?

trying to find a club or gym to train in may be better?

but paul's work is very reality based. have a look on youtube to see if he has any vids there that tickle your fancy ;)

He's very talented, one of the best Martial Artists around... His RAT (Rapid Assault Tactics) system is good especially the "termination phase". Okay - I'm not mad about some of the "blocking" or "trapping" concepts, but most of the other stuff is pretty sound.

I've not heard of that new DVD to be honest...

However I do prefer CQC stuff to be honest (that's from the stuff I've seen), but you guys know me at this stage so my opinion is biased. :o o

PMA - I've found what I'm looking for club-wise ( I think! Have yet to suss that out fully) but I would like to keep picking up simple little tricks that I can intuitively grasp and internalise quickly... don't have the cash at the mo for the dvd but I reckon this was the place to ask so I can decide whether to put it on my shopping list or not. Thanks for your inputs.:D

yeah Vunak is good.... this Atanomy of a Street Fight DVD is very good...

I was supposed to go train with him a few years back, but had to pull out at last minute. I trained with someone who trained under Vunak a few times and he said he is the real deal, he knows his stuff, and has used it for real.

He also trained the Navy Seals at one point. The "RAT" system is the civilian version.

"Anatomy of a street" is good too, as Gerry said.
