Just asking about what you should bring to bridgestone gym or rather what they supply, should you bring your own gloves and pads etc?

Ill be going up tomorrow night for the first time(not my first time doing thai) so im not 100% sure what to bring !!

    Cheers.

Bring shorts & T-shirt to train in, they'll supply gloves, pads etc.

Buf if you have you have your own, bring them.
    Enjoy !

Hand wraps if you have them. They sell them there.
