    You should post your goals (long distance/short races?) and basic location.

    Im Looking to do long distance spins and Short Races kind of getting to be kind of all rounder its just i have been doing all the work by myself as the team i race for is not based in Cork.

    I Am with a club but not based in the same county so no one to train with at the mo i would be happy at this mo just to be able to do some spins with people
