mirroring a folder

    hi,
    im looking for a solution to mirror and foler with a folder on a usb drive so theyre both the same so wether i add the file to the usb drive from any pc or mac or to the folder on the machine they are both the exact same

    for example i change a file on another machine, when ii plug it back into my mac i would like it to sync to the foler on the mac or if i change the file on the mac it syncs back to the drive the next time i plug it in


    the drive is fat32
