Dunno how the PS3 is with PS2 peripherals. The eyetoy works on it so thats why i'm hopeful this may work as well.

According to Komplett, yes it does. Very nice looking piece of kit. They have one in Liffey Valley PC World at the moment. I think it's around the same price as Komplett:

Hi Peejay,

Yep the Driving Force wheel works perfectly on the PS3. On the next batch of these, there will be clear signage on the boxes to that effect, so your good to go. ( I work for Logitech by the way )

there is a ps3 specific steering wheel that looks like the ps2 one. Some games have already anounced they will *not* work with the wheel though. I *think* grand turismo is one of them.

I forget who made the ps3 specific one (its black with blue trim). The ps3 version is currently only available in japan.

That one however looks a lot better and since I have 3 ps3 driving games I may want to investigate getting that

So in short, while it may work with the ps3 make sure its going to work with the game you want to use it with otherwise you will be very sad paying all that money and having something more or less useless ...
