Freezing passata?

    i should be able to freeze passata, right?

    i buy it to make sauce for pizzas and i never use it all
    (and no i dont want to use it up making tomatoey sauces for pasta and the like!!)

    its only tomatoes and salt so i dont see why i shouldn't be able to... but i'd appreciate someone elses opinion on the matter...

    Yeah - I do it. I pour it into a sandwich bag. Easier to store.
