broadband help please

I recently bought broadband from Perclico. Broadband is working perfectly but the wireless option is not working. I have everything wired properly and a wireless card in my computer. I was on to Perclico and they reckon theres a problem with my firewall but they cant say what it is. I am fairly new to all this so any help…
