Time for a spring clean, and looking for a cheap skip. Any recommendations?
Any difference in the price of get a recyclable one?

    South Dublin, if possible.

    Cheers,

There's a "new" thing where you buy a bag and then fill it and you pay to get it removed.
Saw the leaflets in Homebase yesterday.
Medium bag fills 1 Tonne and large does 1.5 Tonnes.
€14 to buy the medium bag and then €78 to get it removed.
Large was €18.5 and €98 to get it removed.
Bags are not reuseable but I'd guess that's way cheaper then a skip these days.
    Further details on keywaste.ie.
I've never used them but if anybody has, would be interested to hear feedback.

Just checking myself at skips and they mightn't be that good.
    1.5 ton = 1.8 cubic yard
Skip hire for a small 2.5 cubic yards skip is €140 so would depend on how much stuff you have.

I used one of those bag systems recently
    Great idea
You pay for the bag and bring it home and fill it in a day, week, month, 6 months, whatever
When you are ready and its full up, just call the company and pay your 75 euro or whatever it was and they lift it and take away.
They actually hold quite a bit and they are good and strong.
Tip if using one: Use old doors, timber, whatever around the sides to keep the bag upright and rigid
