    Hey All,

Im 24 next wk and ive finally decided to get off my arse and do something about the way i look, for as long as i remember ive been embarresed about the way i look. As i said im 24 next wk and im just over 16 1\2 stone and 5ft 11", now most people say i dont look that heavy and i carry it well but that makes no differance to me. I joined the gym last wk and went for the first time last night, it was very hard for me but i must say i did really enjoy it. Im getting a program made for me next week.
Basically i dont have a clue about foods, ill eat whats put in front of me, obviously i know veg is good for you and so on but ive been reading alot of posts here and when people start going into protein, calories, saturated fat ect,, thats where i get lost/confused. Sorry for ranting on but im just trying to let you know my situation. Anyway at the moment i know my eating habits are crap but i really want to change that. Can someone help me with a good eating plan or point me in the direction of somewhere that will get me on the right track!!
    Thanks so much in advace.
    Vinnie.
