neteller question

hi there,


just got my neteller account and card sorted out -I've just withdrawn money from my PPP account to neteller - wthdrawal was approved but it hasn't shown up in my neteller account yet- does anyone know how long it takes to go through- also can you withdraw it immediately then using the ATM card?

takes about 2 hours for me. I seem to remember it being instant a month ago.

Less than 15 minutes for me on GJP on a couple of withdrawals over the last month or two. If waiting time goes above 2 days I'd be getting on to PPP support.

once it goes from poker site its usually only a few minutes before it shows up on neteller. it then takes about 2/3 hours to transfer to your atm

is that a neteller ATM card? or your normal ATM card for your own bank...?

reason I ask is I didn't know there was such a thing... might suit me... does it work in any ATM? What way does the exchange rate work etc?

Another net-teller question. Is it possible to withdraw funds from a poker site to a netteller account without ever having deposited from that account? How does it transfer from netteller to a bank account?

The rates are available on the Neteller site, but I believe it is high enough compared to the rate for transferring to your bank account iirc. The advantage is that you don't have to wait the 3 or 4 days of course.

It should be possible, the options are probably in the Cashier section of the site, click Withdrawal and you'll be prompted for a withdraw method, click Neteller then fill in your a/c details.
Only problem might be a request from the site for ID/proof that you live at your account address. It's hassle, but you might need to get scans of bank statements and utility bills. Depends on the poker site.

To withdraw from Neteller to bank account you need to contact Neteller support with your bank a/c details, an IBAN number which is the international code for your BOI/AIB account. Ringing your bank will get you this.
