    My NTL Digital's down and displaying (for over an hour!)

    Important

    Mine is like that for 2 weeks now. :(

    Had a technician out today and he said everything within my apartment is fine, and everything in the block is fine, it's a problem with the lines outside.

    Pissed off big time with them between this and billing me incorrectly. Signed up and availed of the 9.99 for first 3 months, first bill came and it was the full whack, rang them and they said to just pay it and the extra money will go as credit for my next bills, another bill today, the full whack again. Rang them again and was told i wasn't down for their promo offer but I am now and to just pay the whole bill and my next 3 bills will be 9.99 each. We'll wait and see.

    Got onto them this morning and they weren't aware of any area faults. So, they're looking into it. It's still down though.
