Noise Pollution

There is a hole in the exhaust - anyway just wondering could you get pulled over by the Cops for noise pollution. I believe the bike would work fine still but even I could not bear the noise. :eek:
How much should it cost for a new exhaust for Suzuki Katana to get fitted?0
