    http://www.partystakers.com/?bonus=2421

If you've always wanted to play poker on-line but didn't wanna risk hard-earned cash on the learning curve this link can get you $50 into a Party account for free. You don't have to hand over any financial details. There are a few conditions but the deal is still well worth cashing in on.

    Conditions include:
Restrictions on Cashout until you've done a specified level of playing
Need to scan a photo ID during application process to prevent multiple applications
For new "Real money" accounts only. 1 per household/person/phone number

It does sound a bit good to be true but it's not, most of my mates didn't believe it til they'd done it themselves, and some of them were stubborn and just wouldn't do it so are missing out! PM me if in any doubts.

*Full disclosure: I do get a referral bonus from this link, but if you wanted to be mean you could just go their homepage and cut me out of the deal. But please don't! :D

Correct me if i'm wrong but don't you have to achieve a certain of rake before you get the $50 bonus i.e. play cash hands to achieve the required rake so therefore need to actually play with your own cash?

You cant cash out straight away, basically you get 50 dollars to play with and hopefully win money off that which you can withdraw.

No you get the 50 to play with straight away. Once you've achieved the required rake you can withdraw the 50, and you get another 25 (but that's restricted for a little while too). But essentially you can get $75 free without risking any of your own cash, if you have the patience to not want to withdraw for a while.

Looks like an affiliate link there

I'm a wee bit confused as to what ye mean by affiliate link. Yes Partystakers.com are affiliates of partypoker.com, and yes I am a sub affiliate. Is that an issue?

Sorry for causing concern, didnt read your full disclosure point at the end of your first post. Not sure about board rules, but i personally have no problem as long as that is stated, and a way around the affiliate link. Sorry and thanks :)

Ah yeah, I was conscious of that. Just hoped people might be nice and go through my link as a sign of gratitude! But either way I'm letting them know of the deal. I'd appreciate if any one that signs up puts a post up when they get their money. To show the cynics its kosher!

So how about everyone who signs up for this get a table going and we all just deal ourselves out for 500 hands.... and then collect our $75. Is that possible?

The hands have to be raked, i.e. the house has to take a few cents (.05 from each dollar) from each pot.

    500 hands x .05cents rake = $25 total rake.

10 of us playing the 500 hands would collect $25 each after the 500 hands.
So there'd be money to be made, between us all. However, it's clear that some people could go bust during the playing of the 500 hands. And if people were to collude so as to play fairly softly, i.e. just all call until pot is raked, then check it down, they would be liable to be banned and have their accounts frozen.

2nd thoughts. If everyone was willing to take the chance and risk going broke, it would be very profitable for whichever players didn't.

We should try it anyway. Id be on. We could play an hour a night for a couple of weeks on two tables. Anyone intested in organising. On the other hand it seems like a lot of work for 25 bucks.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,472 ✭✭✭AdMMM

Yes, but you must sign up with another account.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 666 ✭✭✭pigeonbutler

Play money account isn't a problem. I think you can keep the same username.

Yeah, back before last October that wasn't a requirement, but they ran into problems with partypoker over multiple fraudelent accounts so now you have show photo ID to make it harder for multiples. It's kosher.

pigeonbutler, have you cashed in yet? Do you have to give cr. card details to cash in?

I can understand your friends apprehension and I think I'll be like your friends and wait and see. I may be wrong but if:

    I upload photo id
add my personal details when signing up
and then provide my credit card or bank details to cash in

that's a hell of a lot of details for potential identity fraud

I signed up for this deal last Summer through PartyStakers.com. At the time there was no photo id required, just email address etc. I worked my $50 through the raked hands requirement, got my extra $25 and worked my total up to over $130. I then proceeded to blow it all in a couple of high stakes sit n go's :(

As far as I'm aware though, you should never have to submit credit card details as you can withdraw to your bank account. In order to do this you would just need to submit bank account number, IBAN & SWIFT code I guess? This is not a breach of security as you are just giving your account number.

I am going to try to sign up for this a second time using your link Pigeon, thanks for the heads up!

Also an interesting thing to note is that even after I blew my free money, if your account balance stays below $5 for over three months, then PartyPoker.com give you more free money (think it was aroynd $15) which you need to play over a certain amount of raked hands before withdrawal. I received this top-up twice since I went broke (and blew it both times again :) )

Would be interested to see how other ppl get on with this

jARgHA: I don't think you'll be able to sign up twice. Partypoker don't allow multiple accounts. Thanks for the testimonial though!

Here's the FAQ off the site in case anyone else is struggling:

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

    When do I get the $50 ($75)?
We try to process all applications as quickly as possible. Please note that your application can sometimes take up to 24 hours to process and sometimes longer depending on weekends and holidays. You will receive $50 from us, and after 500 raked hands (roughly 3 hours of play) you will get an additional $25 from party poker. You can view your stats by click MY ACCOUNT, BONUS ACCOUNT in the party poker client.

    Why is my country banned?
There is WAY WAY to much fraud coming from your country. 90% of the fraud is coming from Turkey, Isreal and Poland. If your country is also on the ban list, it may come down someday.

    IP Conflict error during signup
When you signup at PartyStakers.com and you receive an error "IP Conflict" , it means your IP (Or one similar) has already signed up using our program. As stated before, we cannot allow more than 1 account per household, PC, or phone #.

I already have a play money account on PartyPoker.com, can I still get the $50 ($75)?
Yes! As long as you do not have a REAL money account on PartyPoker.com you are eligible to receive the $75 FREE offer. Simply create a new PartyPoker.com account and follow all our instructions.

    What is the catch?
Simply put: There is NO CATCH. Sign up, and fill out all the information correctly along with putting in our bonus code and you will get $50+$25 at no risk to you.

Do I need a credit card?
NO! On this initial promotion you do NOT need a credit card or any banking information. After we deposit money, you are on your own to find a comfortable way to deposit future party poker funds.

Can more than one person receive the $50 from the same address?
NO – PartyStakers only offers this promotion to 1 person per mailing address phone number computer.

If you go to the support forum on partystakers.com they may be able to help you recover from that mistake.
