Use the 1st month to get your muscles used to working out with weights-major exercises such as chest press, lat pulldown, leg press and shoulder press. pick a weight you can lift 12 times and do 3 sets per exercise with about 45 seconds rest. Cardio is also very important to you as fitness is a problem right now, I would suggest you do 30 minutes weights followed by 30 mins cardio 3 days a week-mon wed fri for example, on tue and thurs focus purely on cardio-try for 1 hour cardio in total these days-pick cardio machines that you like and that take you out of your comfort zone-last and certainly not least, get on top of your diet as this helps you feel good and reach any goal you aim for-best of luck. Next month you can llok at advancing your program as you will be at a more advanced level then...

The ABSOLUTE KEY to losing weight is diet management.

    What did you eat yesterday?
    What did you eat today?

If you want good adivce then be brutally honest. Right down to the smallest detail. What you drank and rough portion sizes should be included.
