    If the Fender on thomann isnt in stock now, i'd steer clear.

    They havent the foggiest when items are going to come into stock, i wouldnt pay any heed at all to the date on the webpage.

    Even when it comes into stock, they'll probably send you a bicycle by mistake. Their prices are great, but they are seriously stupid f*ckers. {Removed} No wonder i havent gotten anything in months :mad:

    Ishibashi all the way..:D

    My big grievance with them is that they won't accept Maestro/Laser/Switch debit cards - a right pain in the hole if you can't get a credit card as a bank transfer takes years and is so bloody complicated.

    I call a spade a spade. If im going to describe my dealings with them, there's going to be some harsh words, simple as that.

    They seem pretty stupid in my experience, so im telling it like i see it. I'd go into ALL the f*ck ups with my order, but thats for the 'thomann' thread, and im waiting til I actually get the stuff before listing every single mistake this fella has made.

    Suffice to say, they've had my money (a LOT of money) nearly 3 months now, and i've got nothing, they don't answer emails, ignore requests about split deliveries, they're idiots, IMO of course.

    If calling them c*nts based on my experience is out of line, tough. I bleeped the word.

    Aye, well, you removed the bit you don't like, and thats fair enough.

    As far as im concerned, Thomann decide to put a face on the person who is 'responsible' for your order, so if theres a downright mess-up (or series of mess ups), im going to consider that guy an idiot. Thats a personal insult for sure, but i don't see why its out of line - he is specifically the guy who has made all the mistakes.

    If i deal with them again (probably won't), then i'll be making sure it's not this particular guy looking after me.

    In any case, i'll leave it there. I'll document the full shebang in the thomann thread, but i'll leave this fella out of it...

    I said 'i'll leave it there' so theres no need to jump in and repeat what Fey's already said, ive taken his comments on board.

    'Trying' to cancel an order when the communication is so poor, reversing credit card charges, returning unwanted crap, double delivery charges for split orders, all that will figure in any synopsis of my dealings. As i said already, im describing my dealings with them for the benefit of others, if its nasty, so be it, im not going to describe a nightmare with a big smile on my face.

    Meh, my dealings amount to a lot more than a basic mix-up or late delivery. They're bad enough that i used harsh words to describe them. If i went into it in full, i think most people would use the same language. Simple as that.

    I have a feeling that you'll quote me again with some other comment, but ive no interest in a argument or banning, a Mod has made it clear i was out of line, unless you're a mod now as well, you've no reason to comment

    . I was finished making my point several post ago, if you've anything to add, work away, im finished.
