hi, sorry if this was answered anywhere else.. I had a look over the previous posts and couldn't really see anything.. apart from something about making sure the box was set to roi.. but dont really know how to do that

Got sky installed today and everything seemd fine untill I tried to watch rte1,2 tv3 or tg4.. all it comes up with is this programme is not available
I thought these channels shouldn't have had any problems?

any suggestions or just better to ring up sky to complain?

This has happened me a few times when doing a sky install manually, give sky a buzz to sort it as ur card hasnt taking the hit fully, or have u access to a phoneline??? which u can take a temporary line from

what does taking the hit fully mean?

no dont have a phone line in the house but could probely bring the box to someone elses

Are you in the UK using an Irish viewing card in a digibox connected to a landline? If so, you'd expect to get this message as Irish channels aren't on the UK lineup.

If this is not the case, by all means contact Sky to fix the problem.
