If a fella looked for sex on our 1st date, firstly:- he wouldn't get it, & secondly, he wouldn't get a second date.

I'd assume he's only after his bit, & not interested in me.

Someone who's interested enough in me to want to get into a long term relationship, will be interested enough to wait a while before getting the goods.

But then maybe I'm not the one to ask. I've never had a one night stand!!!!

EDIT: Shouldn't you make this into a pole? (Excuse the pun)

depends on the girl ideally it'd be great cos you get sex but then you think "shes a bit slutty" and then you start to think "should i bother taking this further"

Everyone is after their bit.......the fact that he choose you over everybody else should make you feel special.

Surely any bloke who gets offered sex by a good looking woman is not going to turn it down, because i certainly would'nt. And if you think its slutty and you think shes a slut, why would that stop you sleeping with her, when you can just turn around the next morning and tell her 'Get dressed luv, your taxi's outside'! LOl

Fine looking hottie: Come back to my place and shag me silly
Edit: Sad Wierd Bloke: Oh your so cheap and slutty!! I think im just going to go home!! (alone) Hahahahahhaha!!! :D

Truth be told if I'm out with her I really want to sleep with her but if she let me on the first date I'd lose all respect for her.

it depends on how good looking you are without the beer goggles on

What do you mean "let you"? Why aren't you letting her sleep with you instead?

Not necessarily. I once met a girl for lunch and we kept talking from 1pm to 1 am. By the end of the night we were all over each other (and neither of use had been drinking). We ended up sleeping with each other and then were going out for some time afterwards. We never lost respect for each other and never will. You can get caught up in the moment and not be a slut.

I honestly dont think theres a rule for this one! If ya have to ask the question at all means that sleeping with someone on the first date wouldnt sit comfortably with you. Ive a friend who slept with her bloke on their first date, theyve been together 5 years now and bought a house! They were both comfortable with themselves and she didnt beat herself up over what he thought of her afterwards! Everyones different, so if you want to sleep with anyone on a first date, go for it!!!

A mate of mine was out on date the other night, now she's had the odd one night thing but had no expectation's other to see how it went and she's generally a 2nd or 3rd date kind of girl anyway.

The guy wasn't doing himself any favour’s as the night went on
After bringing her for a meal, he kissed her outside the place in the street and proceeded to kiss her and grope her tits like he was 14 when she pushed him away and asked him how old he actually was (meant as a sarcastic statement as in wtf do you think your doing touching me like that in public)

Then as they were getting into his car he asked her did she take it up the ass
Needless to say she asked to be dropped home straight away

i was in bit's laughing as i heard this as my mate said the guy was hot she would probably went back to his (as she’s not looking for a boyfriend)... had he not acted like the prize idiot

I think it depends on the date in question and whether you knew the person before the date or not as in how comfortable you feel around them
If it's someone you've picked up and arranged to see during the week then no wait until you've had a couple of date's but depends what your looking for tbh

How far would a girl have to go with you on the first date before you thought she was a slag? What if you were friends and you just got it on one night? Is she still a slag to sleep with you then even though she knows you?

LOL, good point. Probably because most women use sex as a weapon.

if its a friend unless its a few date, slag also imo...well slag is harsh, i'd consider her easy, and thats not a nice trait in a lass. do girls actually think 'no no just 2 more dates' when with guys on dates? pretty sure its my third or fourth tonight <checks wallet for ...consumables>

Damn double standards at times here. So you two sleep together on the first date and she is automatically a slag according to some of the guys. Phhht.

It depends on the dynamic between the two involved and what both are comfortable with.

It depends on so many factors certainly I wouldn't lose respect, neither would i push an issue. It would in the end be a mutual decision to sleep together or not.

Where my nigga at? There my nigga :D

I don't know why all these hoes are getting their nickers in a twist over guys calling slags slags, it's not like we'd do it to their face and we'd probably let her ride the stick the next weekend too.

Whatever about if she's a stranger, then if she sleeps with you the first night she is a slag, but if she's someone you've known for a while she isnt.

Quite, it's very admirable amongst men, don't you know any brothers? I'm not saying this is fair it's just the status quo.

The usually young male rubbish about how they would want a girl to put out but then would revivle them.

Or is it that women who know what they want scare them ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,238 ✭✭✭humbert

I've slept with strong, intelligent, women on the first night and haven't respected them any less. If it feels right why on earth not? Sex isn't wrong you know!!

I'll go for option B. When i was younger it scared the crap out of me. Dudes and there false bravado about sex always amuses me. Easy enough to feel like the real deal after a few drunken fumbles, then you hook up with a lass who know's what she wants..... always an education. :)

Both. Showing an average maturity age about the same as my shoe size.
Plus the very real possibility that they are not the ones being in that position so its just jealousy.

    DUSF:
If that is really your attitude and not just either a troll, 12 or still a virgin, then you are in for one very very sad life indeed.

The number of times that guys have whined and moaned when their girls haven't "put out", then you wonder why.
Then they moan that the girls are uptight... you wonder why
Then they moan that they are "boring" .. you wonder why.

Of course all the guys here are superb lovers,, not just members of the pump and squirt brigade who wouldnt know one end of a woman from the other.

and of course all women are virgins for them and suddenly when they do "put out" turn into porno supervixens as if by magic.

Heads up own arses i think the term is

Jesus man, grow a pair already. I'm just saying what alot of other guys are thinking and not saying, oh no wait they are saying it too. Look I don't think it's fair it's just the status quo. What is it your period or something?

    Oh do grow up!

I always advocated that masturbation was healthy, but now i see that doing it too much leads to serious damage.

of course there is a fourth possibility we have not considered about the attitude.
and that is, the lady in question having spent one night, has no intention of wasting her time with a second night. it is there for an ego defense mechanism :D

True but idiots who thing that way are usually so closed minded they are so bad in the sack as to make it not wroth the effort.
