Stephen Ireland Match Jersey Auction

We are parents of a 4 year old boy with Autism. We are looking to raise much needed funds for the ABACAS preschool for the early intervention of children with autism.

I was invited to the Ireland Vs Wales match in Croke Park and also to the post match event in the players lounge. I brought along a jersey hoping to get it signed by the team so I could auction it for our charity. I approached Stephen Ireland and explained our situation. He signed our jersey and then presented me with his match jersey and signed it.

We now wish to auction this bit of Irish sporting history for our charity ABACAS and are hoping your company may have an interest in attaining the jersey and helping our charity.

If you are interested please email stephenirelandjersey@hotmail.com

Pictures of the jersey are displayed on the Drogheda Uniteds Website www.droghedaunited.ie

We are delighted that the Irish Mirror dedicated the back page of the Paper on Wednesday regarding this, with the following title: -

"Put your shirt on Ireland, Goal Hero Stephen donates historic jersey to help Autism charity & lift Irish Spirits" - a feature is also on Page 7 of the Drogheda Independent (and photo front page banner of paper). We have also had a mention on Off The Hook on Newstalk.

Once again, thank you for your time and attenion, and if you have any queries, please contact me @ 086 6073444 - and again, check out www.droghedaunited.ie for more details.

Come on guys.. somone must know or work in a company with a corporate box in Croker. This would look super in one of the corporate suites for your customers to see, plus you'll be supporting a great cause...

The autographed jersey of the scorer of the 1st "soccer" goal in croke park.
    Dig deep...

    :)
