Has anyone played it? I have it but the comp wont support it.
The first was fantastic, brought the table-top rule across well.
How good is it?how hard should i be working for a new comp?

I have it. Still very buggy compared to (the latest versions of) NWN1. I never finished the single player campaign but i was playing it a lot on multiplayer. There arent a huge amount of servers out there with good content yet though. If you care about dnd 3.5 rules and better graphics, then you will enjoy nwn2. Otherwise, it will take a couple more months before it becomes as enjoyable as 1.

The save game bug is a b!tch so backup your save game folders or they can become corrupt.
One thing i hate when playing multiplayer is the lack of freedom for other players... i.e when there is any talking or interaction then the other players are stuck and cant move, unlike in NWN1. You cant even enter seperate buildings at the same time.

    Looks lovely though.

Finished the single player game, gave the bad guy at the end an unmerciful hammering first attempt, sweet. is buggy a little still(after 4 or 5 patches). ya need a serious machine to get it running well. liked it overall.

Whats the world builder like? The same as the previous?

no experiance of the first (/edit Nwn1 toolset) myself, but from posts on nwn forums its alot more complex.

am working withit myself and its not too bad cause ive worked with similiar looking packages,
(im refering to .net development enviroment) but in a nutshell its complicated and time consuming, but results can be fantastic.

    i too liked the game.

Played NWN1 some. Have not tried NWN2. Just moved to VISTA Ultimate. Will either play on VISTA?

General consensus I found online is that they run, but slower than they do on XP. However there was some variety.
