I'm getting married in Italy this summer and I am having a party in October in Dublin to celebrate, mainly cause I can't invite everyone I would normally to the one in Italy. I want to have a band at this party, but I don't want one that is too weddingy! Basically cause some of the people there will have also been in Italy, and I would like it to be more like a party.

I'd love an 1980's type band, that covers really kitch type of music. Wondering if anyone out there knows any?

    Thanks for your help!!

    Hiya!..

I have a covers band that's not too weddingy!..you can check the wedsite on www.weddingbandsdublin.com or you should check out the supplier directory on weddings on line, you might find something there. We're also on that at H2 productions, best of luck!

I know of a good party band called Something Simple. Their based in Cork but would travel, but they may chardge a bit extra for that. Their a 2 piece band (guitar and drums), And they play everything from christy moore, through to Greenday. PM me for their e-mail or phone number. hope this helps.
