going for a spin?

    i had about five hours to kill yesterday so i set out on the bike. off up the sally gap, taking in most of the backroads and back home by the wicklow gap.
    some scenery, great roads for biking, no traffic and some sweet bends.

    anyway, i was just wondering what area most of ye would head off to at the weekend? any other good biking areas around dublin?

    I take the same route myself. I should be going out most weekends from now on.

    Al, give me a shout when you are, I'll hopefully have more free time at weekends now when Laura moves up in June :)

    Ohhhhh and I went out to Tramore in Waterford on Saturday as it was such a nice day down south. Had a nice little spin with the misses on the back. Hopefully soon she will be heading out on her own bike too. To make spins that more enjoyable for her.

    I usually go up to Swords on a Sunday for a quick spin... The road to get there was absolutely crazy though yesterday! Don't know what was going on!? :confused:
