I feel there is no return for this lost brother.........it's best if we all do more training to avoid future loss to the brotherhood......to the bar brothers!!!!

As a man who has learned to blissfully stand with one foot in the Ligth and one in the Dark I agree.

    He's never leaving the couch.

I could ban him from the Fitness forum just to save him from himself?
It would be the charitable thing for me to do.

I think he needs to learn the hardway... he'll be back here in 2 weeks suffering from DOMs with his head bowed in shame ;)

A noble thought Sister Beruthiel but can you ban him from all the other RL temptations in RL such as salads and jogging.........I think not.......so I feel that it is up to this lost brother to decide what path to take, he knows deep down in his soul that his life will not be complete without BGRH!!!!
