I'd like them to get good grades for me in my exams, does that count?!

In relation to the health service though, to implement the Psychiatrists Association's Vision for Change document, to generally focus on community-based healthcare along with building centres of excellence in the urban centres, to deal with hospital related infections with a bit of conviction; and consultants, consultants, consultants:)
