Anyone have this game and can tell me what it's like?

I heard that on a HDTV it struggles / slowdown with 1080p / 1080i - anyone have the game and has played it at this resolution and noticed anything like that?

Avoid. The game sucks. You'll find it fun for an hour and then tire.

Yes the PS3 version has nasty slowdown in some areas, and although it supports 1080p, this game is NO pretty picture regardless.

I played the game both in 1080p & 720p and the difference is negligable, and slowdown occurs when playing in either res.

The game is just ****e, but then its E.A so what do you expect ? ;)

I have it, haven't played it much though, been playing Resistance online mainly, but I've enjoyed it so far. I liked X-Men legends 2 though. It's pretty much the exact same. I haven't noticed any slow-down yet. I just wanted an old-school type scrolling beat-em-up. So I'm not too pushed that the graphics ain't really next-gen. Not a brilliant game by any means, but it keeps ya playing. If you've played and liked X-Men Legends 1 or 2, then you'll like this, just don't expect it to have yer mind blown, it's almost exactly the same, just different characters.

What definition have you played it at: 720p, 1080i or 1080p?

If he's only just played the game he hasnt got to the levels where the slow down really permiates. Or the end of level guardians which can cause big slowdown.

Both 1080p/1080i & 720p have slowdown. Play in the highest setting you can - dont worry about the slowdown because its occurs regardless.

The games engine is at fault - not the resolution.
