DVD Problem

    Hi Lads

    have a slight problem i burned 4 avi files to a dvd+r disk, but when i put the disk into another computer or even my own, theres is no files shown on disk at all

    Any Sugestions

    The writer burned the disc badly so it is unreadable.

    Course of action - Update firmware & try again or change media.

    i Burned a full dvd movie the last night with no problems at all

    Try dvd-r some writers are sensitive to + or -

    Computer wont let me update firmware

    What make writer is it are you sure you have the correct firmware ?

    (It is possible to write a bad disk in a batch as the quality can vary in a pack)

    Try burning it at a slower speed.
    Are you burning as a Data DVD?

    Heres a quick update i have changed the media and i am getting a faster respone for the computer so it looks like it was the media?

    Who Wants 75 free DVD+R :D:D:D

    Update: just burned a data disk successfully now, just trying the avi disk now
    No luck with avi disk. so i am recoding with nero putting 2 movies on 1 disk
