advice for muscle strain

    hi guys, i have pulled my calf muscle in my left leg (well i think its my calf). anyways so i pulled it today before i even went to the gym but i went anyway. i spent ages warming up, spending extra time on my legs but tonight i have noticed its getting more sore and was wondering if anyone had any advice,i was planning on going to the gym tomorrow morning and doing some cardio but i dont know if thats the best thing to do, can someone please help?

    I strained my hamstring a few months ago and I found that lying in a warm bath with Dead Sea Salts made the pain disappear like magic.

    I'm thinking you probably shouldn't train if you've any kind of pain.

    Rest rest rest - If you go to the Gym tomorro it will get worse.
