    If anybody here does Escrima/Eskrima....Is it good ? and what age do you have to be to start it ?

    Suppose the best way to answer that is have a look on Youtube and see if it appeals to you, as FMA are not everyones cup of tea. Personally speaking, you would need to be about 16 years old in order to take part in any of our classes here in Galway

    Where are you? As much of eskrima is dealing with weapons we don't take juniors.

    Is it good? If your with a good club, absolutely!
