Full Tilt - Wheres my Account Details?

Im trying to get access to what games ive played on Full Tilt because my balance dosent add up. Ive tried emailing support but still no reply in hours (they dont have live support??) Any ideas where to find it im stumped.

I don't think there's a history of games played; only lodgements and withdrawals made. Looks like Customer support is your only option.

I had the same problem ages ago - they got back to me about a week later and listed all the tournies i've played and ask me to tell them which one i hadn't played.
Since there was over 200 listed i had no idea

Not very convienient. Im keeping a track of all my games on the sng spreadsheet and theres definetely $44 dollars in the difference from the first 13 games. Hope i dont have to wait a week but it dosent matter because i have the HH. Will the HH disappear after x amount of time?

So they sent me the list of all the game details pretty quick. On reviewing them 2 games that were NOT present on my Hard Drive hand history files or on my SNG spreadsheet tracker were logged on the sheet that full tilt sent me. I wonder what this could be, any ideas, i have emailed them and await a reply.

I have no idea - I still haven't looked through my stuff. My poker tracker was missing quite a lot as I had played from other computers.
