    I was just wondering what others might think about this...

    How about a sub-forum where we can place surplus items for sale, trade, free....

    for instance in my case I have a camping satellite dish c/w lnb (no receiver) spare that I don't need. Perhaps others have similar equipment.

    I know there is a "For Sale" forum, but I would have thought that once specific to Satellite Equipment, hosted on the ICDG board would be a good idea.

    Any thoughts?

    yep good idea i think. its tedious to trek across to adverts.ie and check if on the off chance anything might be for sale....

    www.adverts.ie is a sister site of boards.ie, all the For Sale boards of this site are gone there. You could suggest a subcategory for Satellite equipment.

    Yup, all classifieds must go on adverts.ie so there will be no sub-forum here to sell sat equipment.

    Yeah, I know all about adverts.ie.... just thought it would make more sense in the icdg boards thats all.

    Anyway, it is not to be, so someone should lock the thread.
