the only way it is ever correct to fold them in this situation is if the prizes for both 1st and 2nd place are equal..

trying to say its a fold a just plain wrong, yes we all know you are going to lose more than you win here. Might win about 40% of the time. but odds of 6/1 makes it a huge +EV to play, dont mind that aces aren't favourite bull****,
fold and be heads up with a villian that has 6x your stack, going no where there.
and even if they lose, theres a good chance that the aces will take second place if you get knocked out

This question makes my head hurt. What if like it was the WSOP, 1s thand you get aces in the BB. Everyone goes all-in before you. call or fold.

If the answer is FOLD the AA well then it is wrong. Ok you are entering a wager where the maths has you behind but you are not 5 to 1 behind...so as you are getting a great return it's a definite call. And Lloyd it will happen, it's called a charity multi rebuy...

so, does it happen, hell yes, if you play long enough and often enough, you see it all

but, despite having started playing poker about 40 years ago, i never caught a royal flush nor has anyine playing at my table ever had one, now someone work out the odds of that

ya might read my post again ....i said the maths has you behind, ie with 5 all in you are less than 50% to win the pot. never said you werent fav.

I also said it ws NEVER a fold, so I dont get your point me lad.
