So, one DVD that was posted on the 1st of March has not arrived.

I've tried twice now going through the Helpdesk section on Friday, and again on Monday, it said both times that I'd recieve a confirmation email about the action they're taking within 24 hours, but I got no email, and in my account section, the status of the DVD hasn't been changed to "Not recieved".

So I've tried to email them at info@play.com only to get an automated response saying that "This mailbox is unattended".

Today, I've tried ringing the number on the website, and got an automated message saying that "This service is unavailable" numerous times throughout the day when I tried ringing.

So I'm in a bit of a sticky pickle, the Helpdesk section doesn't seem to be working, the email service is no longer in use, and the contact phone number is unavailable... I can't seem to rectify the situation with the missing DVD, and I can't get in contact with them!

Play used to just re-post anything that went missing without any hassle. I wonder have they changed this policy now then? Worrying if they have. I've never had any problems with them when DVDs have gone missing.

Finally got it sorted. I had to google for contact information, and there's an international number that isn't listed on their site for some reason. Or at least not anywhere obvious.

you don't still have the number handy by anychance?

been trying to get through to them, but that lousy number on their site doesn't work.
Also tried googling for the international number, but haven't found it yet.

Is there any other way of contacting besides that info@play.com email and the two phone numbers on the site? I can't get through to either number (it tells me that it's not in service) and the email address is useless. :(
