    I have my windows task bar on the top of the screen by somehow?
    So how can I get it back down to the bottom of the screen?

    Just drag it back down with the mouse button.

    Make sure 'Lock the Taskbar' is not checked first.

    I remember years ago when my resolution was set to 640x480, but some how I set the desktop area to 1024x768 and the resolution stayed the same!

    So I could not see the start menu as you had to move the mouse down to the bottom of the screen to scroll down to see it, took me 20 min to figure that much out! I really though I fecked up my friends computor that day!
