    I am a gaelic football player who currently trains on his own durig the week.
    I am of moderate fitness and I am mostly looking to build up fitness(only a little speed work).
    Anyone got any training program to follow 2 to 3 nights a week?
    I have access to a gym and playing pitches.

    because_I_can who posts here is a GAA player and also one of the strongest, leanest, meanest chaps i know! Give it a bit of time and he should reply? :D ( I hope! )
