New mixed signature rules

Today there are no guidelines for mixed sigs (text & pics) so the sigs are overflowing with little counters and a few forum logos and a cute poem etc etc... I'm not going to name any particular users here but look in the SIGPO thread if you need examples. Also todays image rules only allow for a single picture, something…

99% of users change their sigs when notified but it'd be nice with some response from The Powers on the proposed new guidelines.

Theres a vb hack or feature to play around with it, I'm sure when stuff is running well, cult will hammer something togther.

I care about that the site is running smoothly without attention whoring sigs like so many other sites. If it's not wanted all that's needed is a PM from an admin and I'll stop. I can easily turn off "Show sigs".

There already a vBulletin cap on images that can be worked around easily on editsig page.
