My Creative Zen Vision:M wont start!

    Hey,

    My Zen will only turn on if I connect it to my computer or hold down the start button while I reset it. It wont let me manualy turn it of either, I have to wait for the idle shutdown timer to do so, I've uploaded the latest firmware. I sent an e-mail months ago to Creative but got no response. Can anyone help?

    Its defiantly in it warranty but I have lost its receipt, I registered the product on the day of purchase, is that proof enough? I bought it in a 3 store, do they record customers reciepts in their database like Cantec so that I could get another reciept?
