    Most likely just general laziness. The Pakistani's don't tend to move quickly in the field.

    You might have something there thinking that it was somewhat strategic. Ireland were well ahead of Duckworth-Lewis though so a stop for bad light wouldn't have given the Pakistanis a win.

    I'm glad that they got fined regardless of their reasons for a slow over rate. A team with that many spinners has no excuse and deserves to be penalised.
