    Keep getting this when I close IE7 - any ideas? Getting annoying...

    from what i read on google, it could be due to some toolbar you have for IE. either uninstall/disable the toolbar, or try do a registry clean.
    if you want to do registry clean, dl the program from this link :
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
    go to Issues > Scan for Issues > Fix all selected items > save a backup when it prompts you.

    From the Microsoft Site:

    Repair Internet Explorer

    1) From the Start menu, select Run.
    In the Open field, type sfc /scannow
    2) Select the OK button.
    3) Follow the prompts throughout the System File Checker process.
    4) Reboot the computer when System File Checker completes.

    Try that and let us know
