I usually c/c turn after I've taken that flop line. As it is, its almost impossible to tell you what to here cos you gave no info on either yourself or your opponent.

I prefer you to push the flop after he min raises you. He could have an 8, he could have an overpair that your dominating or he could have a flush draw, all of which your ahead, he will also have a set but meh what can you do.

Your turn bet is horrible, it's way too small, you bet less then you did on the flop!
River, could be a 8, could be a flush draw, it would depend on the opponant really if I would call or not.

check call turn and re-evaluate on river.betting so small on the turn also achieves nothing here.as played i probably fold river.

i prob just shove on the flop here and expect o get looked up very light

your turn lead is really bad - it doesnt charge draws or get much value from worse hands, and it might get bluff raised alot because it looks really weak

as played, I would call becasue I imagine most 8's raise the turn

I've been playing these tables for the last couple of months, so I'll have to assume that you're up against the "average" player here.
I would have played the flop the exact same way, and re-evaluated the turn.
I have come against a few players on these tables who like to min raise the flop to a preflop raiser's continuation bet, especially on a relatively ragged flop like this.
Like the others I don't like the turn bet, check-call is the order of the day unless he bets really big, in which case I drop. I figure I'm against a set here since he cold called your preflop raise, hoping to catch one and bust you.
It's a definite fold on the river for me. I can't see him having a8 there and would give him credit for the set as players on these tables would normally check behind with the a8 hand. His river bet screams set to me.

I can't see him having A8 here as the others said.
Set is possible her, but i'm thinking a pocket pair like 66, 77 or 99.

I think a call on the river is worth it here, plus your getting the odds.

I agree with the others that your turn bet was bad.
