    They had an IFC show on last night about 3am. It must have been one from a while back as Ed Herman was on it.

    Hopefully they'll start showing MMA a bit more regularly.

    I haven't watched Men and Motors since they stopped showing Cage Rage and British Bruisers. I never watched the K-1 shows because they gave off an ESPN vibe from when I was in the US. I can only watch Sapp vs. Kimo so many times.

    They've been doing that for a good while now. I saw the tournament with Shogun, Babalu, Jeremy Horn, Forrest Griffin and Trevor Prangley this time last year.

    yeah I was surprised at all the big names featured. There was some great fights especially shogun/babalu and griffen/horn. Babalu seems to have lost his zest. Did anyone see that stupid hands at the waist flying kick thing that got him knocked out?

    He did it twice and got tagged hard to first time. Going in the second time meant he simply deserved to get knocked out.
