changing over account

    ok trying to change over account but having no luck.send email 5 times and still no reply.its tells me this

    # When you log into the new Poker Room, you may see that your balance is showing as $0. DO NOT WORRY - You can simply transfer your funds to your Poker account using the TRANSFER FUNDS option in the Cashier.
    # To log in please use your existing Screen Name and the password you used to deposit funds on the old software.

    i do this using my old poker name and its tells me its invalid user name,its there anyway i can get a live chat with a host or anything..
    tx for you help in advance

    cheers m8 just transfered money to new account but what happines with my points had like 1.3 million on old account

    Alright Davy,

    If you had 1.3 Million - it will work out on the ratio of 5:1 (5 old points to 1 new point) ...so you should have around 260,000 points now. :)

    They should have automatically transferred over mate.

    Click "My Poker" and click "Points" at the side and it should tell you your new balance.

    Which should be over the 250k mark... :)

    i had a problem like this last year.

    i joined vc through a link from poker listings. a few months later for some reason i had to reinstall vc, so i went directly to the vc site and downloaded it. my cash balance showed up fine but my action points were zero.

    solution was to uninstall again and download it by clicking a link on the poker listings site. then my action points showed up.

    maybe you joined via some link ?
    check with support, they will know who referred you
