St. Patricks Weekend and I Shall be Exercising.....

My left arm as I plow through my wine cellar....
My left thumb as I dial the phone to order my take away...
I may even get some walking in if I answer the door to the delivery guy, though on second thoughts, why have kids if you don't use them for such tasks?
Futher on in the evening, all fingers and thumbs will be exercised as I kick the ass of everyone in the house on the xbox Dead or Alive 4

Anyone else up for a spot of exercise this weekend?

I will be running in the opposite direction to my normal healthy lifestyle.

Friends have been volunteered to feed me whiskey and pizza so that all i need to do is make my way to Limerick and lie down on my mates floor. After that everything shall be taken care of for me.

I believe they are working on a complicated system of pipes and pulleys to deal with bathroom issues. :D

Brother Dragan, I must warn you it is a fine line you thread.

One the one hand you preach a lifestyle that is the very anithesis of this forum, a lifestyle in which the only beverage consumed in vast quantities appears to be Perrier.

Yet on the other hand you impress us with your forthcoming plans of drunken debauchery. I am particulary intrigued by your toilet arrangements (pictures please).

I, on the other hand, have a stock of four mini-kegs of Heineken for tomorrow night, to be accompanied by a splattering of chicken wings, potato skins and a vain attempt to watch the Melboure F1 race live.

    Life is good.

    Brother Dunne,

Man is a complex creature, especially a man who is in love with both hard physical exercise and Pizza and Whiskey!

I firmly believe that life holds a place for everything, and that I personally can exercise AND indulge once I keep the two balance! My theory is as follows, if I can both exercise and indulge then surely I shall live longer than they average indulger? Thus, I shall have a few extra years of new Guiness brews and Domino's combinations to enjoy!

If I am wrong, then so be it, but I firmly believe that despite my smoking hot bod, and chiseled good looks, the little fat kid inside me will always win out the day!! :D

As for the toilet arrangements ...... i fear my friends have already started the party, and plans have gone to pot!!!

Brother Dragan, you are truly an Oracle of inner tranquility. An Oracle that conforms to the Yin and Yang spoken only in the hallowed words of the charter. I bow to your foresightedness.

It ain't gonna make me do no exercise, though. :D

No to worry, for if i am wrong, the someday my cheese clogged arteries and whiskey soaked brain will give out at a tender age, and then all who knew me will stand around and say "We told him the excercise would kill him, but would he listen?"

All i ask is that should such a dark day dawn, that the Brothers of BGRH will give me a 21 fart salute, and quaff much beer in my honour.

I along with Brother Tom will be exercising my eyelids to attempt watching the Oz GP.

I will also exercise my vocal chords while shouting at the telly during seven magnificent hours of Rugby.

I intend to sit back and have wifey pour the beers into my mouth, lest I incur an elbow strain.

I'm tired even thinking about all this exercise.

I can just picture you tomorrow brother Dragan, Pro x Vanilla shake in the left hand and a 16 year old Macallan in the right hand... which will it be??

Perhaps we should make a poll out of this and let the brothers predict towards which hand you head will fall... or you being of the fitness *spit* demograph, you would more likely raise your hand towards your mouth, will it be left or will it be right! :p

That sounds more like an initiation test to me, brother jester 77. One I am more than up for. I knew your father, Jester 52, and your brother, Jester 74 and they were fine men too.

    Fellow slobs,

I started early this morning, by walking the kids to the school bus stop, followed by a brekkie of bran flakes with skimmed milk. Then two washes were put on (I shall probably have to explain this further: there is a device in your kitchens or utility rooms (the room your female partner uses most in the house, barring the bathroom) called a washing machine. It is used to clean clothes). After a brief lie down, I went to the gymnasium. Dragan knows what this is. It is a building where you enter in an unhealthy state, and leave a little bit healthier, but is not a hospital. I performed some x-rated activities and left. (Good bit: I didn't have a shower, mainly coz I managed to spill my drink all over my towel). Now I have to make a healthy dinner, for the childer are home from school.

Later, when the female partner arrives home from work in a bad mood, I shall have a bottle of red wine open and a movie starring Pierce Brosnan on (always works, even if it is Dante's Peak for the umpteenth time). Then to bed and yet more exercise  (definitely x-rated).

Tomorrow: dragged by kids to parade and swimming, followed by running around Glendalough.

    Sunday: Kids dancing in Feis

Monday: Bank Holiday, so no school (or work), swimming or traipsing around Zoo.

Moral: To live the life of a slob, never have kids.

I do! Chasing (running and swimming), Karate, press-up competitions (you know you're in trouble when your 9-year-old daughter can beat you)

    x-box? For kids, tbh.

That can only be a good thing.
    Like your sig btw :D

    Day two:
Today I shall be exercising my vocal cords as I scream at the french to loose and the Irish to win. There is a slim chance of winning the six nations, but perhaps if I scream very loudly they might hear me and that could be enough to get what I want.
Obviously to insure the vocal cords keep loose I shall have to lubricate them regularly with my favourite beverage.
