Toasted sandwich. Ham, cheese, onion and some Ballymaloe "I don't care if it's tainted by paedos, it's awesome" Country Relish.

Right get a jar of Pasta Sauce, Cheese and Pasta Shapes. Put your ovrn on to heat. Cook the Pasta and stir in the sauce when its done for a few miuntes to allow it to mix in. Throw the pasta and sauce into an oven dish. Grate the cheese and put a layer of it on top of the pasta and fire it into the oven for 5 mins to let the cheese melt through it.

5 mins in the microwave will also work but the oven is better.

Total stodge and a good way of avoiding a hangover if you've had a few! :)

get rashers, cheese and tabasco sauce.
fry rashers, toast bread, put rashers on bread put cheese on top ,sprinkle with tabasco and put under the grill to melt cheese.

bit of black pepper on top and a can of bud/guinness/pint depending what beer special offer you got today.
